  • 3 tbsp butter

  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s or similar)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup sugar-free caramel chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Make the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, melted butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Press firmly into an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes, just until lightly golden.

2. Make Keto Condensed Milk

  1. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream, butter, vanilla, sweetener, and salt.
  2. Simmer on medium-low for 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened (it will thicken more as it cools).

3. Assemble the Magic Bars

  1. Sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips, and coconut evenly over the crust.
  2. Pour the warm keto condensed milk over everything to help it bind.
  3. Add optional caramel chips if using.

4. Bake

  1. Bake 18–22 minutes, until edges are golden and center is bubbling slightly.
  2. Cool completely before cutting—this helps the bars set.

🌟 Tips for Perfect Keto Bars

  • Let them cool fully, or they’ll crumble.
  • For firmer bars, store in the fridge.
  • You can replace nuts with keto cookie crumbles for a nut-free version.
  • Add a drizzle of sugar-free caramel to make them extra decadent.
