Ingredients
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 ½ lemons, cut into ¼ inch rounds
- 1 ½ cups fresh cranberries
- ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon Confectioner’s Swerve
- ¾ cup (6 oz) vodka
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add water, lemon slices and cranberries to a medium sized bowl.
- Muddle the fruit until the juices and oils have been released.
- Dissolve the powdered sweetener into the liquid.
- Add the vodka.
- Add the ice and stir until chilled.
- Pour the liquid through a sieve into 3 cocktail glasses.
- For garnishes, you can thread a wooden skewer with cranberries or a mix of a lemon rind and cranberries.
