Total Time: 1 hour
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, diced (stems removed)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy free)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or carob chips for dairy free)
- 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
-
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a large bowl, combine diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Stir until the berries are evenly coated.
-
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the clusters apart. This recipe makes approximately 8 clusters.
-
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for 30–45 minutes, until the clusters are firm but not too hard to eat.
-
With about 10 minutes left on the timer, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a small bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth.
-
Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer. Using a large spoon, dip each cluster into the melted chocolate, then place it back on the baking sheet. Repeat until all clusters are coated.
-
Let the clusters sit for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens into a shell. Enjoy!
