With the pandemic landscape we have all found new ways to connect with coworkers, vendors, partners, and clients through video meetings typically through Zoom, Google Meet, GoToMeetings, Microsoft Teams, Skype, and others. Meetings don’t have to be fueled by doughnuts and candy. That’s why we need to remind ourselves about eating/drinking well with a day full of Zoom meetings. Sometimes we need sustenance to slog through our meetings. But don’t think that because it is a meeting that you should load your desk laden with doughnuts, sodas, candy or other junk food like it might be at the office conference room. The extra sugar and fat won’t help your heart and weight. Plus, healthier food and being well-hydrated can improve productivity.
