This light, refreshing watermelon salad combines juicy watermelon, crisp cucumber, creamy salty feta, and fragrant mint and basil. A zesty lime–maple syrup dressing ties it all together, adding brightness and a touch of sweetness. For the best flavour, assemble and serve the salad right away, though the dressing can be made up to 3 days ahead and stored in the fridge
